Complete BS description of what is happening. Let's just say it's is a missile (instead of a rock), it didn't bounce off anything. It seems to fly right though the non-solid target. The proximity fuse didn't detect a target with a heat signature or anything to cause detonation. Likely high radar cross-section UAP would be a Mylar balloon that got popped and started falling. Somebody wasted an expensive missile.
