When I was a kid...maybe 8 or 9 years old...and read about the universe, solar systems, ant colonies, and molecular structure, I would imagine that there was an infinite number of worlds of an infinite number of sizes each contained within a larger one. Then, I went to school and was taught how stupid I was.

It seems like there are an infinite number of atoms, stars, planets, and solar systems, just not inside each other.:p
They aren't really infinite, but they are way more than you (or I) will ever count.

I Carl Sagan's word for it. Numerous, numbers so vast that as far as us limited humans are concerned, they are infinity.
