This is interesting. If only half true we can solve the drought problem in the west. If there is one.
Just re-assign air corridors to needed locations. With the claim of a 10 fold increase.....we should be able to establish full snowpak in the Rockies or any other mountain chains with ease. The new corridors would be temporary.
We might even break the tease of clouds passing over drought areas in other locals too.
