I am making a traffic light circuit for an outreach event however I have little components. I have a working circuit using BJTs (shown below) on LTSpice however I only have signal mosfets (2N7000). I have also included the output of the BJT circuit. I am trying to adapt the circuit to work with the 2N7000s instead, any help is appreciated. I do realise I could do this a lot easier with an Arduino but that's not suitable for this activity.

Update: I see your light sequence is R, A, G, repeating is that your required sequence?
