So I am trying to figure out how to wire this project up. Here are the details and links to the components.

I have 8 individual ASCO Valves that are 12v and .5amp as seen here http://bagriders.com/modlab/products/ASCO-BRASS-VALVES.html

Each corner has 2 valves (1 for up, 1 for down) and each corner I am going to use the switch seen here http://www.avsontheweb.com/product.php?productid=1308&cat=596&page=1 which is a momentary (on) off (on) switch with 6 prongs.

I want to have an all up / all down switch in the middle as seen here http://greatlakesskipper.com/produc...entary-onoffon-anchor-boat-rocker-switch.html

How would I go about doing this? Diodes? Relay? I know its possible cause its a common switch box function for yhe pre fabbed switchboxes... I just want to build something more custom and my own since I am an aviation electrician... but I have been out of the fleet for a few years as a recruiter and now forget how to do this.

Any help is greatly appreciated. If you could describe the method and then what values I would need for the components I would be forever in your debt. And I will take pictures of the build and finished project.

 

Also, forgot to add that IMO the tricky part is I want to be able to use each corner individually and have them tied into the all up / all down funtion. My worry is that hitting only the left front up switch it will trigger all up. I know there is a way... I am just to rusty to think of it.

Assuming that I fully understand what you are looking for and that all switches can handle the solenoid loads, the attatched should be, atleast close to, what you are looking for.

I know this is a very old post, but I am actually looking to answer this as well.

So on my setup, I have 6 12 volt rocker momentary switches.
4 are used for up and down solenoids that allow each airbag to go up and down.
I want to use a 5th switch to activate the two solenoids in front, and a 6th switch to activate the two rear.
And if possible, a 7th switch to activate all 4 at the same time.

I can use a 6 pin switch for the front and back, keep the circuits separate, but didnt know if there was a way of wiring to use a 3 pin switch.
And how would the 7th switch work for all 4 circuits.

Don't know if this is possible, but any advice would be helpful.
