Adder output has extra one on it.

Hello!
As the title says the output of my adder has an extra one on it.
I have tried subtracting 1 to it by adding 1111 and it still did not work.
below is the picture of my circuit

Any help will be appreciated. Thank u

Do you need to pull the Carry Input "CI" LOW ?
Then removed IC9
Typically, unused inputs must be pulled High or Low as needed, do not leave Inputs floating.
