I have to design a power circuit to generate 60V DC output from AC(230 Vrms), which topology should be used for this design and suggest a sample circuit for same.
Power 60W
DC Output Voltage 60V
AC Input Voltage 230V

What do you have in mind.
If you are asking for help I really doubt you can do a SMPS.

What do you mean by feedback control.
A regulated supply will always have feedback and error control circuitry.

You can make a linear floating type PSU.
You would need a transformer though.
Try google first and study floating type supplies.
