What do you have then? You have a PC with XP but do you have any trainer or hardware with a 8085. I am asking to understand how may help you.

Their are more then one,so its up to you which assembler you will use just have a google search "8085 assembler"

It seems that you dont have much resource of 8085 (as its very old its hard to get it) so why dont you try some other mcu like 8052 you will get a lot of resource.

On this regard I cant help you much ,as long ago I used the 8085 and in my PC right now this assembler is not installed,so we may try if you can give us a bit more info on it like a screen shot will be helpfull........

Are you trying to assemble any file on which you are getting this error?
If yes then your project is out of date you need to rebuilt it.

Or when you are trying to run the IDE(whole application) you are getting this error?
If this is the case then you are having license problem,I think you are using the trial version so you need kind of evaluation license.Read the info properly at this url : http://www.crossware.com/trialware/21499109/

It seems installation problem,I dont have much idea why it caused in your PC but then also give it a try....

uninstall it properly
reboot your computer
reinstall the application
get an evaluation license to run it.

I think you should check out the installation manual their must be one......

what is your OS 32/64 ?
Intel i3 can handle both OS's 32bit/64bit
your application program should be compatible with the OS of xx bit
it seams you are having Win XP /64 bit version in that case your 32bit Application may not be having compatibility
for that reason it shows cc32.dll error

 

My OS is 32bits.

 

Have you got your evaluation license without it the application will not run in evaluation version otherwise you have to buy it for full version.Try it........

didn't you got the user manual with that kit
diff.comp.makes diff.kits although all are with 8085 Micro Processor
there they must have given the reasion for the starting add. of 2000

 

Downloading the software will make no difference you need to read properly what they say in their website for the evaluation license.

Why you dont try any other assembler.... search google...

And dont format your hard drive too much it will damage it,in case you need do a quick format.
