I need help to design high pass filter but i don't really have experience on designing circuit

i attach to project designing high pass filter with specification

Power Rating : 1w - 30db
Frequency : 30MHz - 90Mhz
Cut Off Frequency : 30MHz

i found this page that maybe help me but it take time for me to understant it

30 Mhz is already RF.
This can hardly be done with opamps as you show in the link.
