Do you have a link to a datasheet? What is a POE mod? The alternative would be to avoid using an evaluation board in a product. If you persist in doing such things you need to make a lifetime buy, especially if the chips on the evaluation board are also EOL.

 

PoE Power over the Ethernet?
There are a few modules out there. Not sure if they would work for you?
