Hi,
I need some help on a small project i'm working on. I don't have much knowledge in electronics so I need your help.

It's pretty simple, I want to make a bracelet that has 1 button when you click the button you get shocked. My question is.. what components do i need to make this work, what is the thing that shocks you called?

Needless to say the shock should be harmless for use of ages until 80. The purpose of the bracelet is to change bad habits through little zaps(HARMLESS).

Can someone please make a simple pcb to show me how it works or a schematic. I'm not sure how it's called.
