This is a revised posting of an earlier post that was not complete. I am interested in having someone design a HB or FB MOSFET circuit to generate current up to 300 to 600 A peak into an impedance of 50 mOhm and inductance of 100 nH at frequencies up to several hundred kHz. The duty factor is about 0.5% (a 4-cycle tome burst with a pulse repetition rate of 100 Hz) This is a paid assignment.

I want to produce, generate, control a current in the form of a short (4-cycle) tone burst up to 600 A peak through a load of 50 mOhm and inductance of 100 nH. This tone burst will repeat at a frequency up to 100 Hz.

100 Hz or 100 kHz ?

100 Hz, that is a large current for a short time (4-cycles) repeated relatively infrequently.
