I selected a nice colored globe map and took a couple of days and
looked up the countries of the forum members that have listed there
country. Trying to vision how another member would travel from
place to place.Locating the waterways that have been mentioned.
Like seeing the Maldives closer to India,there appears to be a body
of water that divides Greece. The complex puzzle of countries and
the difference in each.

 

I 've always had a knack for classifying. Having a pin for each member/friend around the globe sounds pretty neat.

I have a file that lists all the nuclear blasts known since Trinity. The one's at Eniwetok, especially Mike, the first thermonuclear explosion is clearly visible on GE. Look for a lagoon where an island once stood.

I actually got curious enough to look up Maldives on Google Earth. Watch out for tidal waves, Rifaa. There's no place to run to!

Just copy the coordinates into Google, you should get a map. I think Joe lives near where "King of the Hill" is based.

I would love to discuss everything and show it.
Problem is I just have too many work to do than just and resize photo's and upload it.
I would do this but as I can breath easily.
It is really too much being the eldest. I know I can just forget about the family as they all are mature and with life plus good jobs. But I see they do not get along from time to time, I have to step in to get them live peacefully together.

And of course I have mom and dad to take care off.
But I am happy with my life.

U know there are lot to show you guys about Maldives. I hope I could do it soon.

We have ferries around now between the islands but not India. India is closest and plane time 45 minutes to Trivendrum. 50 min to Lanka. As I recall 6 Hrs to Singapore.

We have small planes by sea and land to travel north and south. 3 Local air fields. Another Internationale airport is being made in Addu city. The southern tip of Maldives.

The closest to Male's city is a 3 min ferry ride to Villingili island, which now is being considered as part of Male' itself

Not sure Birmingham's famous for much these days. It's the second or third biggest city in the UK, and used to have a lot of engineering but now it's like any other big city.
The furthest I've been is the Canary Islands which is down by the equator, much too hot for me.
