I download and successfully place the Lm741 in and when I run my simulation it says the component is missing nodes. I've tried pulling in the .lib file as well as the .asy file please help. Preferably quick if someone happens to be here.

 

1) Your opamp has positive feedback instead of negative feedback.
2) The input signal source is missing a connection to 0V.
3) You show an input signal of 40kHz to the 54 years old 741 opamp. But its datasheet shows that its slew rate limit cuts and distorts frequencies above 9kHz. Modern audio opamps work perfectly to 100kHz and higher.

 

How do you connect U1 with the 'lm741 sub circuit"?

 

V1 has no ground connection.
V2 and V3 are shorted by their 3 ground connections.
Where are the Vcc and -Vcc supplies?

I did not notice that the +10V and -10V supplies are shorted and are not connected to the very old opamp.
