Your trying to build a 0-30Volt supply as well as +/- 5 volt supply. That's three supplies.

Have you read the 78xx and 79xx datasheets to see what the recommended input voltages are to the two 5 volt regulators?

Anything else you haven't told us?

Are you using separate power transformers for the 30 volt supply? What is the maximum current for each of the supplies?

i used an 18-0-18 2 amps transformer along with a 1n5401 bridge rectifier to do the circuit. The output is now Ok, i just did some experiment hahah
