This is a Monte Carlo LTSpice simulation of your circuit using 1% resistor tolerance, over a 0C to 50C temperature range, with a steady 10mA source input current signal.
As you can see, there will be changes in the Vout signal amplitude of ~14mV

That circuit will not give the result you are requiring.

Keysight 34460/61A has a voltage resolution 0.0002% of reading + 0.0001% of range using 4 wire Kelvin
You want to see higher resolution just pay the piper. After it warms up, self calibrate then compare the accuracy
Your 0.1% resistors are milliohms off, the burden voltage compensation is off, thermal compensation off.
A digital current loop calibrator is what you describe. The cost of laser trimming bulk foil resistors for ultra high accuracy is expensive.

An AD584 module will put out 10.000 Vdc, next you have a voltage divider then you can have resistors in series.
With 10V try getting 1.000 V on this calculator. Use E96 and 10% current regulation. How many milli Ohms do you need to
adjust 992mV to 1.000V 998mV is nice but the resistors don't automatically join together. The STM32 lab can say it is
capable of 0.0008 accuracy because a lab has those special precision resistors,
However you can calculate the milli ohms needed but it takes much patience and special parts to build anything ultra precise.
With a known reference and a capable meter you can compare and adjust until the reference and your source read the same.
We rarely see ultra presion requests, for that a delta sigma 24 bit using statistics will accomplish that but experience is required.
Enter the values 10V 1V 1mA current tolerance 10% E96 resistors, how close to 1.000V and how many milli ohms do you need?
Put 4 of those in series and again 1/10 of that.

As we know stm32's adc has 0.8mv resolution i want that after converting 0/4-20ma to 0-3.3v it give me 0.1mv precision as i want to see changes at every 0.1mv and from above circuit is there any need or modification on that circuit to achieve my goal?
So what are you measuring that you want such an usual small value of "precision"?

Hi HT,
Post a diagram showing how you intend using a PT100 sensor to output a 4mA to 20mA signal current?
Also, over what temperature range will the PT100 be measuring.?

I also have same problem to convert 4-20ma into 0-3.3v but i am connecting it to stm32 and i want 0.1mv prescision so how can i get that result
