You should not need a high Va transformer as the 120v load is quite low compared to the 240v.
As you can see from the schematic and the rating label.
Most local electrical suppliers stock 240v/120v transformers, take a conductor to the earth ground connection from the one you decide is the neutral on the 120v side.
