Hi,

I'm designing a full brige inverter. I'm using SiC MOSFETs with VGS=+18V.
As you know, the supply of driver upper MOSFETs has to be isoltated but actually I have not find an isolated DC-DC converter able to ensure VGS=+18v, Isink=Isource=10A (max).

What do you usually do for this application? Do you know some ICs that can be usefull?

Thank You in advice.

You do not need a converter with a constant output current of 10A. Enough to have a low-power converter and its output shunt capacitance ceramic, with the value of about 50 - 100 times greater than the input capacitance of the switching transistor.
