Hello,
I am currently trying to build a 13.56MHz rectifier bridge for a RFID application but I can't figure out how to make it work.
I would like to know if there exists some rectifiers on the market that works at such high frequencies. My input signal is about a few Volts (4 to 8V) of AC 13.56MHz and I want my output to be a few volts of DC voltage. I can't find any on the web.

This does not sound like an RFID application. Why would you need to turn the high frequency AC into a DC voltage?

 

While there do exist diode arrays for RF use, I think it will be easier for you to build your bridge from RF type diodes.

Look at single diodes, either PN type like the 1n4148 or similar schottky RF diodes. Here's a duel already connected

You don't want high power schottky diodes, they likely have too much capacitance.
