Hello All,

I am working on a project where I have 110V AC/DC both from same point sometime its 110V ac & 110V dc.

Now the task which i have need to convert this input as 13.5V pure DC because our device works only on 13.5V dc.

Please suggest me some IC or some way to overcome from this.

It looks to me like DANKO has already shown what I would also suggest, in post #3.
A mains voltage rectifier followed by a DC to DC stepdown regulator module.

The two above specify AC input and are likely step down transformers that will not work with DC input.
If they specify 100V-240V then they are most likely wide-range input flyback converters, if so they would incorporate a rectifier and APPEAR to be suitable for use on DC.
However, the current drawn from the mains will be at its greatest at 100V AC, and that current goes through all four diodes of the bridge rectifier.
If connected to DC, whilst the flyback part will work without a problem, the current now goes through just TWO diodes of the bridge rectifier, which may not be rated accordingly.
So I agree with @BobTPH here, if it doesn't say DC on the label, don't use it on DC, even if you think it will work.
The Meanwell supplies I mentioned somewhere near the beginning specify AC or DC use on their datasheet.

If reliability and low supply noise on the output matter. go with an HONEST seller.
AND, think about the question of isolation of the 13.5 volt output from the mains feed connection. For some applications, isolation of both sides of theoutput from the mains matters. For others, it does not matter. WE DO NOT have that information.
