10 kilo ohms at base with ground connected. 5 kilo ohms at emitter with \-5 volts. 5 kilo ohms is connected in parallel at collector current with 5 kilo ohms and 12 volts . Beta = 100, VBE(on) = 0.7V

 

What have you done so far to get to a solution? Where are you stuck with getting to a solution?

 

For starters, it might help to set ground at the -5V node and adjust the other voltages.
