My current project is trying to wire a headlight and two turn signals to a motorbike using a 12v rechargeable battery. There are no existing electrical parts of any kind for lighting aside from what I’m doing currently. Complete custom job. I need advice:

2 generators are connected to the bus below.
V1 = 300V, 50Hz
V2 = 400V, 60Hz
When the switch is opened, calculate
i) the maximum and minimum voltage across both light 1 and 2.
ii) peak voltage across both lights
iii) maximum number of light pulsation

so I took the LED strip out of my tv or to be more accurate 3 LED strips (6 bulbs each) I thought if I took a strip down to 4 I could hook it up to 12v power and it would light but I have gotten nothing, anyone willing to help me figure how to power these?
