Hi , I am very new to ubuntu and I can't get xschem installed due to tcl not found error. I've tried removing and reinstalling tcl by apt-get install. Can you help please?

My rather limited software install experience is that when a file "can not be found" it is because the operating system has modified the name or type of file. At least, that has been the problem caused by windows.
I don't know if that answer helps at all, I am not at all familiar with "UBUNTU" at all.

hi , I made an clear installation from 0 now it works ! Thank you all.
That's great... But...

If you intend to continue to use Linux, you should try to learn basic troubleshooting techniques, so as not to have to reinstall every time something breaks.

Once you get to know it, Linux maintenance is far easier than Windows (for anything other than basic email and web surfing). Regardless what anyone says.

Oh, and Google is your friend. There's a very involved community that has solved nearly every problem you are ever going to experience.
