Just be aware that you can't use an input that's more than roughly Vcc - 2. If you use a 9V battery, the maximum signal input is ~7V.I'm using a LM3403 so all good here

Have you split the supply or used a single ended one?I got a perfect sine wave by using a lm741 circuit. Triangle still a problem. I have limited resourses. Small town in RSA (KURUMAN) but i have patiance !!
