I'm curious if it's possible to wire video from a 1.5" MP4's circuit board to a 7" tablet? I'm thinking if I find the in/out video pins on both devices then I can solder one into the other. My goal is to watch the videos from the tiny mp4 player onto the 7" tablet. I look forward to the help and insights. Thanks

No, not possible.
There is no single video wire. It is multiple digital signals.

Understand that mostly, only the "Broadcast TV" video signals are a single analog signal stream. I am not familiar with exactly how digital "Broadcast TV"works, but undoubtedly it is also only a single data stream. For those other devices the scheme is rather different.
