I am currently getting "Long Tail Error on Bump Failure". Does anybody know what parameters changes i need to make?

Im using .7mil wire and Stitch bonding.

 

First, welcome to AAC.

Second, do you really expect strangers on the Internet to be able to do much with the tiny bit of information you've given them?

No indication, other than doing some kind of wire bonding, of what you are doing, what is giving you this error, or what parameters are even available.

Well it's been a few decades since I was actively involved with wire bonding, possibly made a few bonds myself but never adjusted the machine.

If I was current I would and could offer advice on the stitch long tail as it is not an uncommon problem.
