i need a help in gaining the simple circuit for convertion of wind power to electric power.

 

uhhh, no magical circuit creates power from wind...

98% of the design work for creating electric power from wind is the propeller and generator, the rest is basic. If you understand the project enough to match a propeller and select a generator, the rest should be easy.
