Will piezo oven igniter ignite oxyhydrogen?

It'll do it, I'm virtually certain. There have been studies to autopsy why hydrogen explosions occur in the seeming absence of an ignition source. I can't imagine ANY spark failing to set it off. There are few things less stable than a hydrogen/oxygen blend. Our planet is blanketed by the reaction product.
