Hi everyone, when i power up the circuits even i don't trigger the relays, they are overheating. When i try to trigger them sometimes they are not closing if they closed once i can't open them without power off the circuit. What can be the problem ?

To make heat there must be voltage and current at the same time. If there is no voltage on the input, then there must be current in the output. Is there a load?
Does the relay say 5 VDC?

If there is no voltage on the input, then the output must be causing the problem. Do you have the power and load connected correctly. I suspect that you have the polarity reversed.

We are shown a block with terminals and at that point no other information. So there is no reasonable way to expect a useful answer. then much later we are told a part number. and NEVER actually told the actual operating conditions.
and then, for the origin of the circuit " When i look for examples, i saw something like this so i used it. "
I suggest that it was not a reliable source at all.

Without adequate information the best one can hope for is random guesses!
For a "relay overheating" problem the voltage must be stated, as well as the current, both to operate the relay and to define the contact current.
