Why is it so easy to lift it up?

I'm looking for a serious discussion and original explanations for this

Can it be applied in practice ? For example aircraft or RC aircraft ?

Are you expecting that it could be used to lift a load in the air?. Won't happen. Note that its reacting against his hand holding it. If he lets go it will just fall to the ground( and possibly go racing off into the distance at those revs). It will not magically float into space.

I think it important to note that the wheel does not get any lighter.

The wheel would be just as easy to lift (with the wheel static) if it were to be lifted by gripping the other end - right next to the wheel.

It is the leverage effect that has magically disappeared. The weight remains the same.

No anti-gravity opportunities here....
