Which type of bulb is this?

    Hello members.. Need your help to identify the type of bulb and it's name which is being used here.

    Thanks... However as you can see this is directly connected to mains. Not a dc one definitely.

    Hello,

    Measure the distance between the holes in the base.
    A GU5.3 will have a distance of 5.3 mm.
    A G8 will have a distance of 8 mm.

    Yes, MR16 is a popular type of bulb for that socket. 12 V, 120 V, 24 V (handicap scooters). Other bulbs may fir. Yes, usually run at a high temperature.
