Which Route should I go with for power?

Green Route or White Route

Green Route goes under IC and I dont know if that will cause problems or interact with the ground vias under the ic in any way when the spi signals return through them

White Route goes under my RF Trace and I dont know if any RF waves going through vias could somehow couple their way into the power trace/

Remember; power and ground need to be connected together many times with bypass capacitors.

I think, on a different post, you worried about the energy on the edges of the SPI signals. That energy also passes through the ground and VCC pins.
I moved a bypass capacitor close to the IC power pin. And connected the VIA close to the IC pin. Use wide traces for power and ground.
