Which of these designs is more efficient for an OFFSET voltage?

This model is meant to be a part of a larger circuit involving a part where i have to set an offset voltaje with an amplifier acting as a buffer. I'm not sure which of these designs is better, they act the same, it's just different ways of connecting it.

For any two circuits that act the same, the cheapest and simplest one is the winner. In this case, circuit on the left. It has the lowest impedance, but with a TL-082, that is just about irrelevant. Centering the voltage is just about irrelevant because good analog design usually makes the offset irrelevant. I think you worry too much.
