Can someone help me with finding and connecting mosfet.

I need a mosfet which can turn on/off minimum 80VDC , 2A like on picture.
Signal is 12V to activate it

I am using right now this SSR but i want to make my project smaller but idk which mosfet and how to connect it

what is the Maximum voltage you have to switch?

Go to a supplier like Mouser, RS components, Digikey etc and select a MOSFET with 100V drain to source voltage (Vds). If you don’t want to use a heatsink, then it should not dissipate more than 1Watt, so select Rds(on) so that I squared * Rds(on) <1W, I.e. Rds(on) < 0.25Ω for a 2A drain current. There should be plenty of choice.

Can you please give me link for the mostfet on aliexpres , in my country expensive AF , and long drive to town..
It needs to control in range 50VDC-84VDC and i measured with multimeter it drains 0.70A so i need like 1A or 2A to make sure ?
And yes it would be good if not heatsink.
