someone know the name of this

I have found this modules on soil mosture detectors, light detectors, etc, but i want just the part that has the positive and negative and allows you to send a digital output.

Looking at the pcb from the Back four terminals, Left to Right,

Positive, Gnd, Digital out, Analogue out.
