Yes, it would appear so. He is, however, active over on ETO, or at least he was as of yesterday morning.

 

Where did Gopher go?

FYI he claims to have been permanently banned from AAC corollary to a row with members of the moderation team -- But then, in view of his penchant for drama, all bets are off...

Whatever the case he's certainly missed!

Untrue.
I won't get into all of the particulars here but the facts are
1) yes, GopherT earned himself a permanent ban
2) the ban came only after many months of formal, escalating warnings including some PMs and short-term bans regarding his ongoing behavior on the boards, not a 'row with a moderator'.

I personally will miss his technical contributions.
Please bring any concerns about this or any other moderation issue to me or any other staff member(s) via PM.
