Where can I get the equivalent circuit of device model? it is used in PSpiceAA. the model is one of aa_igbt library. It is more complicated than other IGBT model and it concludes more property name. I want to know what the property name acturely mean in CIRCUIT. In model text I can see "model 1613". Can I find the CIRCUIT of "model 1613"?

If you're looking for the datasheet for an IGBT that has something along the lines of model 1613, how about the 2N1613 high performance amplifier, found here: http://pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets/70/490229_DS.pdf.

Is that it perhaps? Maybe post a screenshot of the device in question on your schematic?

 

You can see the screenshot of PSpice model editor. In property name column, I can see "CGSO,RG,RD,RS...",if I can find what are these R,cap,L, acturely mean in CIRCUIT? I think the description maybe not clear enough...
At the bottom of the screen, in Model Text, you can see "1 2 3 model 1613". I think it might be a clue.
