I'm trying to get a treadmill progect working and I need to replace these diodes...anyone have any links where I can buy replacements? they say 7n5 yz 12 on them

 

They probably have an in-house marking on them. What does the schematic say? What does the manufacturer say? Where are they used? What would cause both of them to pop?

 

it's off a MC-70 PN:124438 treadmill motor controller(image 12.0q treadmill). I cant find the schematic anywhere. I read they are the prone to blowing and the board looked like it was burned under them, so I pulled them.(they seem to test fine).

 

I'm Electronically delayed here :/ and not sure what the output drivers are.

They show up as Zeners by New Jersey Semi cond.
And appear to be 12v.
The notation on the board is also DZ instead of just D like the other diodes.

ZY12 seems to point to a 12v zener couldn't find any ref to 7N5

With treadmill boards always check the output drivers, 999/1000 that will be the problem. When a board came in for repair we'd always swap out the drivers and throw it on the test rig.

what do the drivers look like? I can only seem to get 5v output from this.
