I am trying to simulate this to see what is the voltage at the emitter crossover - its driving another FET so want to see the effect on VGS.

I tried to run this model but it says 'cant find definition of model ZXTN25040DFL'.

I put in a D into the properties and have the include added also linking up the location of the model.

any ideas?

 

The model file isn't in the folder where Spice is expecting to find it.
Try pasting the exact contents of the txt file onto the schematic as a directive (not a comment).
Alternatively, paste the text into Spice's lib/cmp/standard.bjt file (but back up that file first).
