What's this component and why does it have an RF rating?

Hi guys,
I found this component while rearranging a lab (image attached)

I believe it to be a resistor, but why does it have RF rating (40 RF)? I think it seems to be rated for wattage as well, but I'm not sure-- is that what the UB-5C indicate?
