Well, the TS is a jerk for openers. Ron isn't really helping... If TS is using it with AC to heat water and detect the level it's AC to mains and prohibited. But if TS's intention is just to use the unit in some other other low voltage system to sense water level it would be OK, the unit is just some probes. The problem is TS got huffy with Ron and isn't telling us what he wants to do. If he can't be more clear, thread stays closed.

Reopen the thread with a request to clear up the question of using mains AC or just using the unit as a low level DC probe?

 

This sounds like an accident waiting too happen, I would suggest the Thread stay closed.

You guys were right. I had reopened the thread to get a clarification from TS and linked TS’s complaint thread back to it and all we got was 2 more pages of kibbutzing. Nothing from TS.

Closed the thread without comment.
