I need to connect the driver to thermistor from laser diode module but what is the stair like symobol mean ?why it in one shadow box with the thermistor ?

The symbol that looks like a stair, or a ladder, represents the Peltier thermoelectric cooler element itself. It is shown in a dashed-line box with the thermistor to indicate they are in close thermal contact.

The thermistor is there to close the temperature control loop. It provides an input to the system that controls the energy to the TEC to maintain a constant temperature at the sensing point, which probably is near the laser diode.
