Hello ,In the datasheet and component website they say its 1 channel component with 4 pins going to the same drain.
and all source pins point to a single source .
But in this symbol shown below they say its a double transistor. How can i know in the website of the components:
1.Is it a single chip transistor?
2.what are the pins for this single chip transistor?
Thanks.

hi yef,
Many higher power MOSFETs use the 'spare' pins, doubled up, in order to conduct the generated heat from the MOSFET's internal die, out to the soldered heat sink pad area, this helps to cool the MOSFET body.
