It is a non-standard connector.
It is not a nema or iec connector:

It does look like a polarized connector due to the asymetric shape.

It's from this irrigation system controller. I'd like to control the solenoids with Wifi power plugs and connect to HomeAssistant.
I'll just use the solenoids so I'll just cut the wires.

 

Those look like proprietary designs, possibly similar to a picture in post #5
