What is the best way to simulate an SMD inductor on CST

Let's say I want to view the fields created by a simple LC oscillator using SMD components, soldered on a PCB. What is the smartest way to do this? Especially for inductors importing the 3D CAD model into CST and defining material data doesn't seem to be logical because not every inductor has a detailed CAD model. In some CAD models, where the inductor is located in a small case, the CAD file doesn't even include the coil itself. So what else could be done here, should I just search for different inductors until I find one with a nicely detailed CAD model?
