I think they mean "internal magnet" - a necessary part of a speaker. The voice coil repels / attracts to the magnet as the amplifier drives the coil.

You're probably okay with 2W of peak music power, but I wouldn't apply a 2W steady-state sinewave.

Perhaps they forgot the decimal point in the power rating and where meaning .2 Watt.

Had to buy those as this 40mm I have did not fit. Has nothing as core, and works. It is probably better rated at 0.1W. Perhaps it is another kind of "internal magnetism" too.
