what could be a SC-70/SOT-323 package with SMD code A7t ?

Hello all,

I checked for the A7t in some SMD codes databases, I found out that it's supposed to be a BAV99! but the thing is that the schematic doesn't make any sense that way (see attached picture) and when I measured between its terminal with a DMM (diode mode) I found the following results:

Can you please clarify this for me?
