What component to use

I already controlled on and off an LED using bluetooth in arduino but now i will light up a lamp but it needs high voltage so i need to separate power supply. any suggestions ? PLEASE HELP ME HAVE MERCY THANK YOU SO MUCH

Use one of your Arduino's output pins to drive a Solid State Relay, which will act as a switch to turn on or off a lamp or other high voltage load. SSR's are optically isolated, so your Arduino is not exposed to the high voltage. They are widely available, from many sources; here is a Google page.

Hi,
You want the lamp 2a/ 20v dc supply to switch on from arduino .Is really dc lamp you want to be On only.?
And you are asking what type of power supply to be needed either from a battery or a switching type or a normal transformer type.
