What board should I use that can allow me to run my Tkinter GUI just like Raspberry Pi ???

I have developed a GUI of my software in python (Tkinter) that is working good in Raspberry Pi (Raspberry Pi OS) with the help of HDMI 7inch touchscreen display, camera and mic and speaker. Now I am looking forward for a guide to make this project as a commerical product that would look like a tablet phone ( landscape - night vision camera on the top and two way communication speaker are at bottom) with my own and brand new plastic enclosure but I can't go ahead with Raspberry Pi as it is trademark. Also, I don't want to go ahead with developing whole a new PCB because I don't think it's really required for this basic requirements. Any suggestions??
