Wanted: designer, builder one of a kind wireless switch

I have no design or building capability and want someone to design and build, one of a kind 5 switch wireless (25 feet) control for five 120 volt, 60 cycle loads, all less than 5 amps. Four loads to be momentary switches and one load either one button latched or two buttons (one on button and one off button). Control buttons on a key chain fob or small hand held.
